The medium of Scanography, creating photographic images with a scanner, has a few really common issues. Most scanners are designed for two-dimensional objects such as documents and film. This frequently causes 3D objects to be too dark, with colors that aren’t quite as expected. Additionally, because they carry an electromagnetic charge, scanner’s glass is highly attractive to dust, especially scanning without the lid. This image required extensive dust removal, added brightness, and individually adjusting each object’s color.
